Compliance Statement

In accordance with the federal labeling and record-keeping laws set forth at 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 (collectively, "Section 2257"), all models, performers, and other individuals who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct displayed or otherwise distributed through OmegleLust were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of creation of such depictions.

Our Role

We do not produce, commission, or host original visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct. Any images, videos, or other media that appear on OmegleLust originate from third-party platforms and fall under the respective Section 2257 compliance obligations of those platforms.

Third-Party Content

Any visual depictions displayed on OmegleLust through screenshots, embedded content, or promotional materials are sourced from third-party platforms. Those platforms maintain their own records regarding the age and identity of performers as required by Section 2257.

The custodians of records for content produced by third parties are located at the respective platforms' addresses, as listed in their own Section 2257 compliance statements.

Exempt Content

Certain content on OmegleLust is exempt from Section 2257 record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B):

• Non-sexually explicit screenshots showing platform interfaces, settings, or general layouts
• Text-only articles and reviews
• Generic stock images that do not depict actual sexually explicit conduct
